Hi, I am Jexa

Here is my story:

At 10, my grandmother gave me a sewing machine. Several years later, and many lessons learned, I can safely say I am in love with this art.

I have learned so much over the years and still have so much to learn. with the majority of my work being out of cotton, I have yet to learn much about other amazing fibers.

I mostly center myself around eco-friendliness and try to use and many scaps as I can. In my recent delve into historical fashion, I found that as Abby Cox, a dress historian and youtube creator, says, "Piecing is period."

I find clothing to be both an art and a craft, one which I will not soon leave.

Our Philosophy

clothes should be as unique as the poeple who wear them

There are endless types of people. Yet most clothes are mass made, meaning hundreds of other people have the same piece in their wardrobe. We believe that clothes should be mended and taken care of and loved. Fast fashion is too big of a problem to ignore. Most people don't know how to sew or darn a sock. Extending a piece's lifespan can really help. We should take care of our home!
